Was up early this morning making this sourdough! We have cheese, regular and jalapeño cheese loafs! Now they are in the fridge for the next few hours proofing!

Would anybody be interested in seeing all the steps it takes to make a sourdough loaf?! I actually started the process of making these last night when I fed my starter before bed!
