Soft, delicate, and filled with the dreamiest caramel center ✨

Peruvian alfajores went out for a special catering order, and they were such a joy to make. These tender, melt-in-your-mouth sandwich cookies are layered with luscious dulce de leche and finished with a light dusting of organic powdered sugar.

As always, everything is crafted with thoughtfully sourced organic ingredients and high-quality fats. No artificial colors, no shortcuts — just simple, real ingredients that let tradition and flavor shine.
