🍂 We're Winding Down Market Season — But Not the Baking!

It's hard to believe we're getting to the end of farmers market season! We've loved seeing familiar faces each week, introducing you to new bakes, and hearing which treats have become your favorites.

This weekend also marks our last day at the New Castle Courthouse! We'd love to see you there one more time! We will be in New Castle again next week at the fairgrounds. We will also be at Westport Road Baptist Church tomorrow morning!

With fewer markets ahead, we won't necessarily be making every product every week. Some of our more specialized bakes will now be made primarily when we have orders for them.

So here's where we need your help! ❤️

If there's something you've been looking forward to picking up — whether it's your favorite babka, walnut roll, bagels, quiche, or another Mama Rozi's favorite — please let us know ahead of time!

We don't want you making a special trip only to discover that your favorite isn't on the table.

You can always order directly through mamarozi.com or reach out to us about what you'd like to see at an upcoming market.

We're not slowing down our love of baking — we're just being a little more intentional about what goes into the oven each week.

Thank you for making this market season so special. We're looking forward to seeing you this weekend and continuing to bake for you well beyond market season! 🍁

🍪 A Little Taste of Europe (and Beyond!), All in One Box!

Our European Cookie Samplers and Cookie Trays are officially here!

We've been busy bringing together some of our favorite traditional cookies — the kind you might remember from a grandmother's kitchen, discover while traveling, or be trying for the very first time.

From Hungarian apricot cookies and Austrian Linzers to Russian walnut cookies, French madeleines, Italian biscotti, and so many more, each assortment is a little journey through different baking traditions. We've even included a Brazilian favorite!

✨ Sample boxes will be available at our markets THIS WEEKEND!

They're a great way to discover your favorites before ordering a larger tray.

Our cookie trays are perfect for Thanksgiving gatherings, hostess gifts, sharing with friends, or simply bringing something a little different to the table.

Mom came over and we had a little fun shaping these savory buns. Filling is carrot, caramelized onion, and dill. Came out of the oven just in time for dinner! I sampled a little bun and it was delicious! The sunflower will be available on the table tomorrow!

It truly takes a village to grow a small business, and I’m so grateful for ours.

To everyone who has shared a post, told a friend, left a review, posted a picture, or shared their experience with Mama Rozi’s - thank you. Every one of these seemingly small acts helps more people discover what we’re creating.

Your support is helping Mama Rozi’s grow, one recommendation, one photograph, and one kind word at a time. We couldn’t do this without you.

Meet one of Hungary’s most beloved traditional bakes: bejgli! (Cozonac in Romanian)🤎

I’ve been waiting to introduce this walnut roll, and with the holidays getting closer, it feels like the perfect time.

Bejgli holds a special place on Hungarian Christmas tables, with its beautiful spiral of walnut or poppy seed filling wrapped in tender dough. The fillings carry wishes for the season, too: in Hungarian folklore, walnuts offered protection against bad luck, while poppy seeds represented prosperity and good luck. Let Mama Rozi’s be your local source for this traditional bread.

And you don’t have to wait for a holiday! Try our walnut roll this week at the market. Enjoy a slice with coffee, share it with someone you love, and keep us in mind for your holiday table.
