🚨🚨🪿 GOOSE ON THE LOOSE! 🪿🚨🚨

Friends, I need to address something that happened at the stand.

I opened this little farm stand with the hope of bringing our community closer together and creating a fun, welcoming place for everyone to enjoy. Unfortunately, someone took two of my geese without paying for it.

What makes this especially disappointing is that I had specifically set those geese aside because someone from Facebook had arranged to come purchase them. When they arrived to pick them up, they were already gone.

Honesty is always the best policy. If this was a misunderstanding, please consider bringing the goose back or paying for it. The geese are $10 each. If you’d rather remain anonymous, you can simply drive by and place the money in the payment box.

Running a small, self-serve stand relies heavily on trust, and situations like this make it difficult to keep it going for everyone who enjoys stopping by. I’d hate to have to close up shop because a few people think it’s okay to take things without paying.

To the person who took the goose, I’m simply asking you to do the right thing. Please return it or leave the payment. That’s all I’m asking.

And to all of the wonderful customers who continue to support Silly Goose Sweets and respect the stand, thank you. Your kindness, honesty, and support mean more than you know. ❤️

Move over Elf on the Shelf… it’s time for Goose on the Loose!

I’d like to officially welcome our very first community goose, Penelope! 💛

Here’s how it works: Take your goose along on your fun, silly, everyday adventures and snap a photo! Whether he/she is helping in the garden, riding shotgun on errands, enjoying a sweet treat, or getting into a little harmless mischief, we want to see where they end up.

📸 Post your photos and stories of your goose’s adventures on the Goose Gossip Board or share them online so everyone can follow along on their journey!
