I baked up some serious favorites last week:
🍫 Brown Butter Bakery-Style Chocolate Chip – Classic, rich, and perfectly chewy.
🔥 Crunchy S'mores & Caramel – Brown butter dough packed with caramel bits, milk & dark chocolate, sugar cones, and toasted marshmallows.
🍓 Lemon Raspberry Jam – Lemon sugar cookies swirled with homemade strawberry jam and white chocolate chips, topped with lemon buttercream, raspberry jam, freeze-dried raspberries, and sea salt!

Experimented with oat flour instead of traditional almond flour for these macs, and they turned out delicious! Filled with a bright lemon buttercream and a center of sweet strawberry jam. 🍋🍓
