Posting for proof of life and because I love these from several years ago. I’m grateful that today the high was only 94 but could really really go for a brisk 65-70 degree day by Saturday! 🧡🤎💛 September has been super slow in the cookie department but choosing to be thankful that it’s allowed me to be mom to my kids without being super stressed about time and all their activities. I’ve struggled with seeing other small businesses out there killin’ it and trying to convince myself I should be doing that too. But the bigger picture we’re all in different seasons of life and learning to be ok with that is going to pay off in the long run. One day I won’t have a toddler who doesn’t like anyone to talk to or look at him, one day my kids won’t need me to coach cheer or drive them to all the practices. And when that time comes maybe I’ll have more time for cookie baking. Just know I’m still here making cookies that rarely make it here and I’m thankful for those who put their trust in me to make them delicious treats and be a part of your celebrations!
