Soooooo, I still don’t have a working oven. 😭
We are battling with the part being on back order (even though every website says it’s in stock, but after you order it, it says it’s on backorder), but also small businesses are not willing to work on Samsung products. (PSA don’t buy Samsung if you want to be able to fix your appliance vs most likely having to buy new) Let alone being able to talk to an actual person at any big box store service department, Samsung company themselves or part website company. We are debating on what to do since I really don’t want to live without an oven till late November…
Needless to say, I’m super frustrated that this is how the appliance industry has turned into. You can’t simply fix your appliance because parts are always on backorder. They just want you to dispose of your current appliance and buy a new one for 1000+ dollars.
If anyone has good recommendations on what brand for a gas stove, let me know! Maytag? Whirlpool? GE? A brand that people are willing to work on let alone be able to get parts when needed?!
