There are some new faces around here, so I thought it was time to properly introduce myself (again)!

I’m Mandy — the owner, founder, and baker behind Ridge Top Bakery in Penn Township, PA.

I’ve always been drawn to the old-fashioned way of doing things — slowing down, making things from scratch, using my hands, and carrying on the traditions I learned growing up.

My love for baking started when I was a little girl, spending summer days elbow-deep alongside my Grandma. I never imagined those memories would eventually turn into my own little bakery and a community of people who love homemade food as much as I do.

When I’m not covered in flour in the kitchen, you’ll probably find me in my garden, working on something homemade, or outside exploring.

At Ridge Top Bakery, I love bringing those old-fashioned traditions into everything I make — from sourdough and baked goods to recipes made with homegrown ingredients and fresh-milled grain.

What started as a childhood dream has grown into something I’m incredibly grateful for every single day.

So, if you’re new here — welcome to Ridge Top Bakery!
