True scratch baking is a dying art that is not dead at Grandma's. We have been baking from scratch since 1981 because it is important to us that our customers get the same great quality of baked goods that their grandma used to make. We do it the way our grandmas used to, starting with unbleached flour, fresh eggs and other fine ingredients to build the perfect product. There is a difference, and we will never deviate from the true scratch baking processes that provide the finest baked goods available.
