Is it an orange or is it a cake?! It’s a cake, of course! Why else would I post it?! 🤪This was a smash cake for an adorable little “cutie” to go along with the Cookie Cop’s works of art cookies! As always, her cookies were stunning and yummy! I love when we get to collaborate on an order!

This was an interesting cake request! A graduate wanted a celebration cake with a “burn out” theme. His mom and I designed the cake to incorporate all the elements needed (truck, school seal, colors, etc) including the tire tracks of a graduate moving on, screaming out on 2 wheels and leaving school behind. This quiet unassuming looking cake is packed with a powerful punch! Espresso powder in the chocolate cake, coffee in the frosting, it will keep you going for days! Let me introduce the Coffee Lovers chocolate cake. I would also like to mention I now have a website up and running at Bluebirdcakeryjax.com. My first mushroom cake! I have wanted to have a reason to do one of these for the longest time! The supports were the most interesting and made for an anxiety producing delivery. 😅The cake and royal icing cookies all made it in one piece for a sweet baby’s first birthday.
