We get it… it hurts a little.

But here’s the truth: we don’t believe in rushing good bread.
Every loaf is made with sourdough, long fermentations, and real hands behind it.

That means one thing—
we bake limited quantities every day.

And when it’s gone… it’s gone.

We could make more. Faster. Easier.
But that would mean sacrificing what makes it special.

And that’s something we’ll never do.

The good news?
Tomorrow, we start again. ♻️
