Sourdough Appreciation Post 🍞

A crisp, deeply baked crust. An airy crumb. And the flavor that only comes from giving dough the time it deserves.

Made the traditional way, with natural fermentation, simple ingredients, and plenty of patience.

No announcement needed—we just thought our sourdough deserved a moment of its own. 👨‍🍳🪽

Little weekend reminder: tomorrow, Saturday, all four of our sourdough flavors will be waiting on the bread wall. 🙌🏼

Just a little reminder for the weekend. 👨‍🍳🪽

We’re now open on Sundays, giving you one more day to enjoy fresh bread, pastries, sandwiches, and coffee with us.

As a small update, our Sunday hours have changed slightly, and we’ll now be closing at 2:30 PM instead of 3:00 PM.

And while you’re here, don’t forget that our Artisan Pizzas are available exclusively on Sundays. 🍕🔥

Introducing our new coffee menu! ☕

As St. Gabriel continues to grow, our bakery has naturally evolved—welcoming breads, pastries, flavors, and traditions from different parts of the world.

But no matter how much we grow, our Guatemalan roots will always remain at the core of what we do. 🇬🇹

Every drink on our coffee menu begins with freshly roasted Guatemalan coffee beans, sourced and roasted weekly by our wonderful partners at Parkwood Coffee Lab—whose dedication to quality and craft inspires us deeply.

It’s our way of bringing together where we come from and where our journey is taking us. 👨‍🍳🪽

Our Pistachio Tiramisu returns tomorrow! ✨

Made with mascarpone cheese, lady fingers soaked in a shot of our Guatemalan espresso, and finished with our house-made pistachio cream, it’s one of those desserts we’ve been looking forward to making again.

We’re excited to share that we’re updating our schedule to better serve you!

Starting this week:
✨ We’re now OPEN on Sundays!
🌿 Mondays will be our day to recharge.

Whether you’re picking up your favorite sourdough, grabbing breakfast with family, or stopping by for your morning coffee, we’re looking forward to welcoming you every Sunday.

Our New Schedule:
Tuesday – Sunday: Open
Monday: Closed

After a wonderful and busy Fourth of July week, we’ll be taking a short break tomorrow, Monday, July 6, and the bakery will be closed for the day.

Thank you for the incredible support over the past week. We’re grateful for every visit, every order, and every kind word.

We’ll be back the following day with fresh bread, pastries, and coffee, ready for another week.

We want to be part of this special day with fresh bread for you and your family. 😁

We’ll be closing at 3:00 pm, so we definitely recommend to visit the bakery a little earlier than our usual Saturdays. 👨‍🍳🪽
