I am so grateful to be able to grow and locally source my herbs and produce for my bread.

I take all of the organically grown herbs and produce, dehydrate them, and put them in my bakes goods. The added nutritional punch from the plants helps bring the breads to a whole different level.

My goal is to always use whatever is in season and to keep it local !
