you’ve probably seen all the folks hard at work in the garden and we are excited to say we are a tad closer to completion of phase one!

has been hard at work curating and arranging new plants, really bringing the secret garden vibes to life. the guys from have been hand laying the brick pathways (with the original brick!!) and working on the fountain.

some furniture has been ordered and is en route, but in the meantime we are going to move our front of building seating over to the garden patio! as exciting as this next step is, it is still a work in progress, so we ask that you stick to the completed pathways and steer clear of walking through the flower beds (or picking any flowers!)

a note about hiring:

first, it has been truly overwhelming (in a good way!!) that we have had so many people reach out to join our team at Gylden. knowing that you guys see what we are building and are enthusiastic about joining us just makes me so happy 🥹

second, I have received so many inquiries on hiring that it has gotten difficult to keep up with them (I’m sorry!). at this time, our team is full but we will be expanding our team a little more in the fall! please feel free to keep emailing me your resumes (no DMs please!) and know that I am holding on to them for the next time we hire! because of the number of wonderful applicants we have collected, I will not post on social media when we are hiring next. instead, I’ll reach out to applicants directly.

reminder: we just made a HUGE move. after being closed for two week for our transition, we are still getting caught up! We are continuing our “soft open” through the month of May as we catch up and figure out the work flow of our new space. thank you for being patient with us 💕

WOW WOW WOW!

thank you for all the love today at the soft opening of the brand new Gylden! the turnout was so amazing and I wish I could’ve thanked you all individually for being here!!

Gylden, from the beginning, has not been something I’ve done alone (and could not do!!). now, this larger space has allowed us to expand our team (and to continue to) in order to bring you not only high quality goods, but a friendly face to greet ya! Each person I’ve hired brings their own magic, but one thing everyone has in common is their straight up goodness. just really kindhearted, hard working, rays of sunshine that you’d want to share a table with.

Next time you see one of these fab folks around town or in the shop, thank them, tell them they’re great, and give them some congrats too. They have all worked so hard leading up to this opening, and we are just getting started!
