Yes, this is how we weigh our cakes.
Yes, we know there are much newer and “better” scales.

But also YES, there are so many things in this bakery that reminds us of the hands and hearts that have gone into this bakery since 1947 and we treasure those things. From the Roe Family, to Mrs. Shirley and now Two Sisters we wouldn’t be here without all of you.

New things are always going to come and go so THANK YALL for never letting us fade away and allowing us to continue to be Jackson’s oldest bakery💗
