The beautiful gluten-free Oreo and lemon white chocolate cupcakes make their debut again to celebrate a special soon-to-be mother. It’s always fun to put things together for a special order, but it’s even more fulfilling when you get to do it for someone you care about. 🥰

I always forget how silky smooth the white chocolate Swiss meringue buttercream is to work with. It pipes so beautifully I feel bad for shoving lemons in it!

Surprise! It’s another gluten-free cake pop year at Kaneda Baking! If you’ve talked to us, you know we rarely do cake pops in mass because they take so much time (and dealing with melted chocolate for dipping is quite a headache). But we figured this year, y’all were worth it!

We simplified the decorating this year compared to when we did it three years ago, but the recipes are still the same. We’ve got three flavors for you this time - which will you choose?!

Took a buttercream flower piping class from tonight and loved how simple she made it to learn! Piping flowers are no easy feat, but with a little practice you can go a long way.

🚨 New flavor alert! 🚨

It’s surprises me that we’ve never done this flavor combo before given how much we LOVE raspberries and chocolate, but we did a gluten-free raspberry dark chocolate cupcake today for a piano recital/music share! They were quite the hit, and it came together with the help of for the perfectly sweet fresh raspberries and for the DELICIOUS raspberry jam! 😋
