‼️‼️ SWEET CAKES ANNOUNCEMENTS! ‼️‼️

Grab a snack because I have a few updates for y’all! 😂💕

⏰ FIRST THINGS FIRST — TODAY’S HOURS!

We’ll be opening a little later than planned today at 11 AM! Unfortunately, my daughter woke up with a 102° fever and all the not-so-fun things that come along with it. 😭 So we’ll be making a trip to the doctor at 9 to get my girl checked out!

BUTTTTT, to make up for the late start, we’ll be OPEN UNTIL 7 PM tonight! 🥳💗

In the meantime, I’ll be catching up on any order inquiries, messages, and everything in between that I haven’t gotten a chance to respond to yet! Thank y’all for being patient with me! 🫶🏼

🎂 CAKE TASTING BOXES!!

Y’ALL! We are SOOO close to having these ready! 😍

I’m hoping to have everything finished TODAY! Once I have some boxed up and ready to go, I’ll be opening up ONLINE ORDERING so y’all can finally get your hands on them!

Andddd while we’re talking about cake tastings… 👀

I’ll also be opening up IN-PERSON CAKE TASTING BOOKINGS! 🥂🎂

I am SO excited to finally get both of these rolling!

👻🎃 NEW HALLOWEEN TREATS ARE COMING!!

We’re getting a little SPOOKY over here at Sweet Cakes! 🕷️🖤

I’ll be adding a bunch of cute, fun, and delicious Halloween-themed treats to the menu TODAY!

Here’s a little sneak peek at what’s coming:

🧙🏼‍♀️ Cauldron Cupcakes

🎃 Halloween Cake Tins

🖐🏼 Witch’s Finger Cookies — Chocolate chip cookies filled with CHOCOLATE! 🤤

🕷️ Spider Crawl Peanut Butter Cookies

Andddd I have a few more spooky little creations up my sleeve that I’m still working on! 👀🖤

🍂 AND LET’S NOT FORGET ABOUT THOSE MUFFINS!!

If you haven’t tried our Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffins yet… WHAT ARE YOU WAITING FOR?! 😂

Y’all, they are literally SOOOOO GOOD! 🤤😍

And for my peeps who aren’t fans of cream cheese, don’t worry! I even have a few without it because I got y’all covered too! 🫶🏼

I think that’s everything for now… but knowing me, I’ll probably come up with 47 more ideas before the day is over. 😂💀

Thank y’all SO much for continuing to support my little bakery, being patient with me, and keeping me busy! Between being a mama, running a business, baking all the things, and dreaming up new treats, there is NEVER a dull moment over here! 😂💕

SEE Y’ALL 11 AM–7 PM TODAY!! 🥳🎂

💕 A little reminder from your favorite cake lady! 💕

Sweet Cakes, LLC is CLOSED on Sundays & Mondays!

Once I close my doors at 2 PM on Saturday, I am officially off the clock when it comes to messages and phone calls until Tuesday at 12 PM. That means DMs, text messages, phone calls, and everything in between will not be answered during that time.

As much as I absolutely LOVE what I do and love serving this amazing community, I have to remind myself that I’m human too. 🥹💗

I pour so much of myself into this business. The long hours, late nights, early mornings, and everything that goes on behind the scenes can be exhausting. And while I wouldn’t trade this dream for anything, my family deserves a present wife and mom, and I deserve time to rest and recharge too.

And just because the storefront is closed doesn’t mean the work stops! 😂 Even on my “off days,” I’m still baking, prepping, and restocking the bakery to make sure everything is fresh and ready for y’all when those doors open back up on Tuesday. So while it may look like I have two days off, a good portion of that time is still spent working behind the scenes!

That’s why the time I DO get to spend with my family is so important to me. I need those moments to put the phone down, step away from the constant notifications, love on my family, and just BE. 💗

I am beyond thankful for every single person who supports Sweet Cakes. I couldn’t do what I love without y’all! 🥰

So please don’t think I’m ignoring you if you reach out during those hours. I promise I’ll get back to everyone once I’m back in business mode on Tuesday!

I love my business, I love my customers, but I also love my family, and finding a healthy balance between it all is something I’m learning to prioritize. 💕

Thank y’all for respecting my time, my family, and my boundaries. It truly means more than you know!

With love,
