We wanted to take a moment to reflect on the Strawberry Festival. 🥹🫶🏼
If you’ve read our story or heard it before, you know that Wildflour Bakery was never about the money. It has always been about our passion for baking and the moments shared around something delicious.
When we started this bakery, we were excited if we sold even 30 items. In fact, at our very first stand, we sold only 10 items and donated the rest. So to see more than 180 items nearly sell out this weekend left us absolutely speechless.
From the bottom of our hearts, thank you, Ross community, or better yet, Ross family. 🤍
Yesterday, we saw the very thing that started this whole journey for us: the joy on our children’s faces when we began baking homemade treats instead of relying on store-bought, processed foods. We saw that same joy in all of you when you told us you stop by every week, when you were excited to find your favorite item in stock, or when you finally got the treat that’s usually sold out before you arrive. 🫶🏼
This entire experience led us into a conversation with a dear friend and inspired what we think should be our slogan:
“Everything tastes better when it’s baked with love.”
Because at the end of the day, that’s the whole reason we started our little bakery.
