A little glimpse into a wedding cake tasting.

For this client, I prepared four petite cakes, each with its own flavor and finish:

Lemon Berry Lavender
Pistachio
Pink Ch*****ne + Strawberry
Almond Vanilla

I love using tastings as a chance to explore texture, color, and small design details while helping couples narrow down the flavors that feel right for their wedding.

Even these petite cakes get a little personality of their own.
