I spent the weekend learning a beautiful wafer paper floral technique, and I’m so excited about the possibilities.

Each bloom is shaped petal by petal, creating delicate flowers that look incredibly lifelike. And yes, they’re completely edible.

I can’t wait to begin incorporating these blooms into future cakes for my clients.
