Thank you to everyone for all the positive responses to my post yesterday❣️❣️❣️
To clarify, I do not have a store front YET, but I am going to literally work my ass off this year to get to my goal of having one. I did the paperwork with the state to officially create my business entity.
So this weekend I will be working hard on my business plan. I will be focusing on Sourdough products. An artisan loaf, a sandwich loaf, bagels, pretzels and Chocolate Chip Cookies. I am going to come up with an ordering system for my immediate area. I will not be shipping yet as freshness is a factor.
I started this Sourdough adventure so I and my family could have a bread to eat that was as not loaded down with additives and I had heard Sourdough is the best choice. (More research to come on that) As I started to make things, it hit me, that I had finally found my product!! The bagels particularly!! They are soooo good! And I've eaten very little carbs for years now.🤣
I have lots of exciting work to do this weekend. Researching packaging, recipe testing and planning marketing.

P.S. I do plan to also offer Holiday specials in the way of cakes, cupcakes and cookies. Valentines Day will be my first go at that.
