Bakery Update ✨👩🏻‍🍳

For those of you who know me, know that I have been trying to get into any farmers markets in my area but have had no luck as most places don’t allow duplicate vendors. However, scrolling through FB last week I saw that the D’Iberville farmers market was looking for a baker. By the grace of God, I was able to message them and get an application. My first weekend will be June 20th!

Thank you Jesus for this answered prayer and to all my amazing customers for your continuous support. It’s going to be a full weekend of baking and I cannot wait! If you feel like coming down, I’d love to see you there 🥰

Guess the Total ✨💰

I have two events coming up, and this was one of my biggest bakery hauls to date. Here’s what made it into the cart:

• 3 (20lb) bags of organic flour
• Organic brown sugar + organic cane sugar
• Free-range eggs (24 pack)
• 32 sticks of butter
• 20 sticks of lamination butter
• 6 XL Hershey’s bars
• 2 lbs cheese
• 2 Kirkland sea salts
• Honey
• Gallon of organic milk
• Meringue powder
• 2 food dyes
• Graham crackers
• Marshmallows
• Heavy cream

Everything was purchased from Costco, Walmart, and Hobby Lobby.

Now for the fun part… how much do you think I spent? 👀

A classic butter croissants with melted Hershey’s chocolate, coated in gram crackers and toasted marshmallows smushed in the middle.

In honor or Father’s Day and the first day of summer I wanted to celebrate with this delicious treat.

Father’s Day boxes include 2 s’more croissants and 2 cinnamon rolls. Dads deserve to be celebrated too!
