Good evening, friends, neighbors and family!
We have a fun bake scheduled for early tomorrow a.m.:
2 loaves of aged gouda/fresh rosemary sourdough!
My baby bird and I plucked the fresh rosemary and grated the cheese into the newly developing dough, so that it can undergo multiple folds with the additions distributed all throughout the loaf.
Can't wait to see how it comes out, so we can decide whether to add to the regular menu!
