My response time for most emails is about 24 hrs during the weekdays and 48hrs on "my" weekends (Thursdays - Sundays). Mondays are my administrative days and the best days to c

ontact me. Thursdays and Fridays are the 'least best' days to contact me...90% of calls go to voicemail because usually I'm in full bake mode. On an average Monday, I log anywhere from 15-20 calls concerning cakes and about 10 emails that warrant responses . Please add me to your safelist so that I'm not filtered out of your inbox. Please be patient---its just me.
