The cake that started it all…..my very first attempt at cake decorating

Had the absolute honor of making this cake for my bestie’s birthday! Vanilla cake, homemade lemon curd and vanilla buttercream. It had lots of glitter but it didn’t show well in the pics😕

Another busy week!!!

First off, vegan lemon blueberry layer cake, with homemade lemon curd and vegan vanilla buttercream for a very special birthday girl!

Next, six dozen vanilla cupcakes, and three dozen lemon cupcakes, oh, and a side of lemon squares. Client requested these look like hydrangeas to match the party inspo!

And finally, a new client. Chocolate crinkle, cookies, a lemon pound cake with lemon glaze, and the most decadent peanut butter cheesecake with chocolate cookie crust and chocolate ganache.

Once again could not have pulled this off without my amazing hubs. But ready for a few days off!

Really enjoyed making this one for one of my favorites! Fresh flowers on the top and dried pressed edible flowers on the sides!
