Frosting Recipe - Part 3

Adding powder sugar and milk.

We use vegan powder sugar. Look for organic and vegan on the package if you want a vegan powder sugar.
Many brands are not vegan because they use bone char (cow bones) to filter the sugar.

The milk we use is ripple milk and it’s an excellent vegan choice and for those who have allergies to dairy, nuts, gluten and soy.

Frosting Recipe - Part 2

For the lightest, fluffiest frosting, make sure to use a stand mixer or a handheld mixer to mix the butter first.

Mix it on medium/high for about 3-5 minutes, until it’s easily scraped with a spatula.
