Hey everybody!

For those of you who don’t know me, my name is Dustin Weathers. I’ve spent the last 15 years navigating eating gluten free. For years, I gave up baking, and baked goods in general because I couldn’t find anything that tasted right. I decided to create this page for three reasons.

First, my friends peer pressured me into starting a business because they liked what I was feeding them (maybe that’s because it was free to them). Second, I need an outlet that allows me to step away from everyday life and refocus on the things that truly matter. Baking and smoking meat allow me to do that. And third, I want those people on a gluten free diet to have a safe, and reliable place, to find desserts that hit the mark.

Since managing Facebook for something relatively important, and given that this is a new business, I’m asking for a little patience as I work to get things flowing smoothly. I will have a menu up within the next 24 hours or so. If there is something you would like that you don’t see on either menu, please don’t hesitate to email me, or message me on Facebook.
