Here's a cake I recently made for a nurse graduate!
I’m still working on those lettering skills, and I’ve obviously also gotten terrible at posting on Facebook. Deleted the app on my phone and now I guess I just pretend it doesn’t exist!

I’m still here and still taking orders though.

I will be working on menu updates soon as some things have definitely changed. I’ll keep yall updated as updates occur.

My attempt at a Minecraft themed cake for my sons birthday party.

It was my first time doing something like this, so I did have to learn quite a few techniques and it still ended up falling apart on top once it got too warm… but it was still delicious and the boys loved it!

The center in the second pic is homemade jello that I dyed with natural coloring to try to look like water.
The entire cake is artificial coloring free as well! 🖤

I’m still here! I’m just really bad at posting things.

I deleted my Facebook app a while back, and have been taking a Facebook break.. so posting has been a little bit harder than normal. But I’m still here baking!

This was another roll test.
I made. Mango jalapeño jam and filled the rolls with that. Then drizzled a honey cream cheese frosting on top once they came out of the oven.
I’ll be testing a different “cinnamon” roll recipe out this week, too. Stay tuned!!
