Field & Fire Bakery is a wood-fired bakery specializing in authentic European breads and pastries. Our focus is on local, organic ingredients, making healthy bread with big flavor…. We make naturally leavened, whole grain products to help ensure they are as healthy as possible. Our mission is to sell real, wholesome, and flavorful food and pastries. We are guided by a desire to participate in the health of our customers and this leads us to support sustainable farming and slow food practices. We truly hope to help our customers embrace whole grains and food made by local people who care.
