I have a confession: I've never been a big snickerdoodle fan. 🙈

But give me a bowl of Cinnamon Toast Crunch, and that's a different story.

So I started wondering… what if I created a cookie for the cinnamon-sugar lovers that tastes more like the sweet cereal milk left at the bottom of the bowl?

I'm currently testing a new sourdough cookie made with brown butter, vanilla bean, malted milk powder, and plenty of Cinnamon Toast Crunch for that nostalgic Saturday morning flavor.

Still a work in progress, but it's already giving cozy, cinnamon-cereal vibes.
