💕Have you thought about ordering from a home baker versus a store but have been worried about a stranger making your desserts. It sounds easy but don’t! We often care as much as you do about making sure your event is as special as possible. How many grocery stores see your theme and order special cupcake liners just for your child’s party? Especially without an up-charge or being asked. Many of us work in small batches so we can give extra attention to your desserts. Plus better ingredients—no shortening in your frosting and many cage free and organic ingredients.

💕Do you remember that taste test I conducted for the different cocoa powder in the same recipe of chocolate cupcakes? Well the results are in! We used Likert Scales to ask “Could you taste a difference” with 1 being there was no difference, and 5 being a large difference. Well 68% of people said the could at least taste a moderate difference (3 or higher). So we know there was a tastable difference for most people, so what did they prefer? The cocoa powder that costs $0.44 per ounce or the imported kind that costs $2.04 per ounce? Comment what you think below!

💕Do you think you could taste a difference when you only change the cocoa powder in a chocolate cake? Well we talked about quality ingredients and I put some of my best friends to the test! I used a common cocoa powder from the grocery store in one batch and used a high end cocoa powder in another. With the exact same recipe and frosting, what percent do you think could taste the difference? Comment below
