Each month, our roaster selects a coffee from the freshest beans available that season, sometimes a unique blend, sometimes a single origin, so there’s always something new to try. Apparently, Loons Nest is kinda chic. ☕️🌲

Driving 29 miles up the Gunflint Trail for a coffee, adding a cardamom bun (obviously), and now sipping from our new plastic-free cups.

You may have noticed our cups look a little different lately! We’ve switched to cups from Nothing .eco they’re plastic free, recyclable, and home compostable. ♻️ A small change we’re pretty excited about.

So come take the drive, grab your favorite drink + a little treat, and see what all the fuss is about.

Our shirts, coffee, and hats are now available on our website and in our Instagram Shop! 🌲☕ If you’ve had your eye on some Loons Nest gear, now’s the perfect time to grab it.

We also want to say a huge thank you to everyone who has supported us this summer. It has been a different season with the wildfires, and we truly appreciate everyone who has placed an online order or made the trip up the Gunflint Trail to visit us at Loons Nest Coffee.

For those of you who are unable to be on the Gunflint Trail, you have another opportunity this weekend to get our coffee, cardamom rolls, and merchandise in beautiful southeast MN at the Houston Hoedown. We will also have coffee samples so you can try our different kinds of beans.

We will be setup in the Houston Park at the Craft and Vendor Market. It’s open from Friday from 3pm-6pm, Saturday from 9am-6pm, and Sunday from 9am-4pm.

Also, as usual, the Loons Nest Coffee Roastery will be at the Winona Farmers Market on Saturday morning.
