The Ginger Breadman bakes three varieties of bread in a wood-fired oven: 100% whole wheat sourdough, walnut sourdough, and ciabatta. Pick up your fresh bread at the Cook County Farm & Craft Market in Grand Marais, MN on Saturdays from 9am - 1pm.

Come to the Market tomorrow before the Ginger Breadman and his sourdough starter go on vacation next week! Clear out some freezer space so you can grab an extra loaf to carry you through until the Breadman is back.

See you at the Grand Marais parking lot Saturday, June 25 from 9-1 with fresh bread, oatmeal raisin cookies and specialty rolls.

Thanks to everyone who ventured out on the rainy Saturday and picked up some bread! Heads up that next week, June 11, is the Ginger Breadman's birthday and he will be out of town. So no bread next week but come back on Saturday, June 18 for a fresh batch.
