Well, well, well... look who's back! 😂

Apparently, taking ONE week off from Green Onion & Cheddar was one week too many! And trust me, I heard ALL about it!

Message received, friends! 😂🤍

And speaking of customer favorites, let's talk about what's baking at Neitzke Haus this Saturday, October 17!

🍞 **Country Sourdough, $10**
Good old faithful! 🤍 The classic that never goes out of style. Simple, crusty, delicious, and always there when you need it. Sometimes you just can't beat the original!

🧀 **Green Onion & Cheddar, $12**
Back by popular demand... and I mean POPULAR! 😂 One week off the menu and you all made sure I knew it. Lesson learned!

🍎 **Caramel Apple Sourdough, $15**
And speaking of flavors that apparently aren't allowed to take a vacation... I'm STILL hearing about this one, so we're bringing it back AGAIN! Sweet apples, gooey caramel, and all that sourdough goodness. It's fall in a loaf! 🍂

🍺 **B**r & Smoked Gouda, $15**
Think of this as the Neitzke Haus version of b**r cheese, only baked into a delicious sourdough loaf! A little b**r, smoky Gouda, and all those cozy fall flavors. Perfect for chilly Wisconsin days, football Sundays, or alongside a warm bowl of soup! 🧀🍂

A little parking guidance for your next visit to Neitzke Haus! 🤍

You’re welcome to park in our main driveway or our second gravel driveway. Watch the video for a quick look at the options before you stop by.

R***e Range Road can get busy, especially near the curve. Please take your time pulling in and out, and look both ways if you cross the road. Your safety matters to me just as much as what you take home.

A little Saturday morning tour of Neitzke Haus, with Lulu supervising, of course. 🐾🍞🌸

Today’s stand has Country Sourdough, Caramel Apple, Cinnamon Raisin, and Italian Herb & Parmesan, plus sourdough sugar cookies, candied pecans, and fresh eggs. The hens finally decided to cooperate! 🥚

The dahlias are still giving us beautiful blooms. Make any purchase and choose one free stem, or pick up dahlias for $1 per stem. No purchase needed to buy flowers.

Come grab something delicious and a little color for your table. I’d love to see you!

A little workday break in the dahlia garden 🌸

It’s my first year growing dahlias, and I’ve loved watching them bloom. I had plans to make bouquets, but between work, baking, and everyday life, that didn’t quite happen. So let’s share these beautiful flowers before the season ends!

Took a day off from baking today, but clearly not from enjoying baked goodies! 🤭

After a long workday, I treated myself to double chocolate and Biscoff cake pops from Hales Sweet Creations, and oh my goodness, they were delicious! Highly recommend. 🤎

These are the “before” pictures. There’s no evidence of the “after.” 😂

It’s such a joy to enjoy what another local baker is making. If you’re looking for a sweet treat, give them a try!

A little life behind Neitzke Haus. 🤍

Some of my favorite moments happen right here, with nose kisses, requests for more pets, and two dogs who would happily keep me on the couch all evening.

They remind me to slow down and enjoy being home. There’s something so special about being loved this simply. 🐾

After an AMAZING weekend, we’re back at it! 🤍

Saturday Farm Stand preorders are officially OPEN, and this week we’re changing up the menu a little.

🍞 Country Sourdough, $10
🌿 Italian Herb & Parmesan Sourdough, $12
🍇 Cinnamon Raisin Sourdough, $12
🍎 Caramel Apple Sourdough, $15
🥜 Candied Pecans, 6 oz, $8
🍪 Sourdough Sugar Cookies, 4-pack, $5

Caramel Apple was the first bread to sell out at Sunday’s event, so she absolutely earned another week on the menu. 🍎

And for my regulars, Cinnamon Raisin and Italian Herb & Parmesan are making their way back to the stand while a couple of our usual flavors take a little break.
