It’s been a little quiet around here…

After a bit of a hiatus, I’m excited to officially reintroduce The Sourdough Loop and share what we’ve been up to.

Over the past several months, our family traded beach life for our dream farm in Graceville, Florida. Between renovating our 1940’s farmhouse, starting Aldo Oakes Farm, and planting our first flower fields, life has been wonderfully full.

Along the way, I was also diagnosed with several food allergies. Rather than stepping away from baking, I took it as a challenge to create gluten-free sourdough that doesn’t feel like a compromise. After months of testing recipes and even developing my own artisan gluten-free flour blend, I’m so excited to finally share what I’ve been working on.

The Sourdough Loop is entering a new chapter. I’ll still be offering the traditional sourdough bagels that started it all, along with a growing selection of handcrafted gluten-free sourdough breads, bagels, cookies, baking mixes, and more.

Thank you for sticking with me. I can’t wait to share this next season with you from our farm in Graceville to your table.
