Two questions I get all the time — answered honestly. 💬

🌾 Gluten-free? YES — happily! Gluten-free celebrations deserve beautiful cake too.

🏠 Where do I bake? In my NY State certified and permitted commercial kitchen at home in Glens Falls. Inspected, licensed, and where all the magic happens.

(And in the spirit of honesty: dairy-free, vegan and sugar-free I can't accommodate — I'd rather tell you upfront than promise something I can't make wonderful.) 💛
