After months of checking every store and refreshing every website with no luck, I walked in today and found this beauty on the shelf. Honestly, it felt like my birthday - I'm so not joking!

If you know, you know: this HERSHEY'S Special Dark Cocoa Powder is my absolute go-to.

While it’s famously milder in flavor, its color is beautifully dark and rich, and...I’ve got a little secret trick to "enhance" its flavor, giving my bakes that perfect decadent chocolate punch we all love. (My secret is safe with me, but the results are all for you to enjoy! 😉)

With the ongoing global cocoa crisis making quality ingredients so hard to find lately, I’m feeling extra grateful to have this back in my kitchen.
