Honestly Homemade by Hayley

Honestly Homemade by Hayley Some see nourishing your body as a form of self care. Others stand firm in the camp of "treat yoself". But what if you could do both? You're worth it.

What if you could find pleasure in real food ingredients and indulge in goodies that love you back?

Now we can cross Peaches n Cream off our bucket list.
and it honestly gave ALL the summer vibes. I’m a fan.

Next on my list to try are: watermelon lime, blackberry vanilla, & raspberry sherbet. Which should I go for?

It’s officially almost the BEST day of the week🙌🏼

Tomorrow is market day, and your girl is fully STOCKED with goodies hand made with the very best ingredients. We’re talking sprouted oats, date sugar, local eggs and berries, etc.
And like always, organic.

Maybe you want low carb? I got you.
Sourdough? Boom.
Nut free? Dairy free? Gluten free? Check. Check. Check.

And if you want further support, your girl runs her own Nutritional Therapy practice and would LOVE to work with you one on one. Because part of wellness is good connections, community, and socialization—so you don’t have to go on this journey alone.

[PS- as someone who also advocates for sustainability, no waste, and buying secondhand….I will also have a ton of items with me for sale—> everything from kitchen items to clothing to a newly refurbished laptop, all at amazing prices]

While you’re here, you can stock up on amazing local produce and proteins….sounds like one heck of a Saturday to me 👏🏼

See you all at The Growers Market tomorrow, fam🩵

I hope you all had a FABULOUS Memorial Day.
While the festivities are fun, the sentiment of celebrating those who truly followed Christ’s example of “laying your life down for others” leaves such a special imprint on my heart. Gratitude is an understatement.

But back to a NOURISHING and blessed week…I have some new goodies sprinkled in with returning favorites. Everything you see with a star means there is only one left of that item, so if it’s something you want your hands on you may want to claim it via personal messages.

I also included my new special order menu for the Summer! With travels and more work within my personal Nutritional Therapy practice, I may be leaning into special orders more than market sales these next few months.

That being said…you all may have been introduced to me as solely a baker and foodie-but I am so much more.
I am a licensed nutritional therapist with a background in education and psychology (and a LOT of personal experience/growth in the health and wellness space).

I am passionate about everything from regenerative agriculture to appropriate fitness programming…all with the emphasis of stewarding our bodies to be vessels in this life God blessed us with.

If that sounds like something you would be willing to invest in, please reach out or give a look at my website: honestlyhayley.com

I would LOVE to support you in your own personal, bio individual journey…because if there is anything I’ve learned in my own-you can know all of the things and still struggle without that human interaction and support.

I truly want to do my part in creating a thriving society…and if that means creating treats with the very best (and local) ingredients, every long day in the kitchen is worth it.
If that means working one on one with others to help them live their best lives, I would feel so honored.

If you’re still reading this, you’re the REAL ones and I appreciate you so much. Have a wonderful week fam🩵

Isssa MONDAY MEAL DUMP.

full of color, full of fresh, full of my staples w. a few new recipes sprinkled in.

I figured I would go ahead and share the full details here today ✌🏼 (but if you want recipes, you may want to still go subscribe to my Substack 😘)
••••••••••••••
•pimped out banana pancakes from my girl - it makes a huge batch so I can stash a couple containers in the freezer & pull them out for convenience. SO GOOD.
•snack plate lunches on repeat to get in those colors…& sprinkle in fun snacks like crackers, puffs, & dark chocolate
•jammy/soft eggs over hard boiled, always.
• I always put a different spin on the GB/avo/SP/CC/HH bowl—this week was with a burger patty, purple sp, kabocha, and farmer cheese
•chilaquiles bowls are a new staple.
•officially on a sandwich & toast kick….and I jump back & forth between sourdough & gluten free…
-> khorasan sourdough w. beet farmer cheese & miso tahini sweet peas
->seeded red fife sourdough w. plain farmer cheese, strawberries, balsamic, pistachios
—>egg yolk “spread” on sorghum toast w. smoked sea salt & a maple miso egg white scramble on the side
->baby sourdough slices w. goat cheese, strawberry chia jam, avo, strawberries, bee pollen
•homemade arepa night w. smoked sockeye & roasted plantains
•tested out a new breakfast recipe—custard sweet potato—I just posted the video to my profile if you’re interested!
•tofu scramble is always such an easy go to.
•so are crispy sardines. if you’re not a sardine fan, try air frying them and get back to me.
•one of my most UNHINGED (&& delicious) ideas🤣—> inspired by April fools day post…I was brought back to the “fries in your frosty” trend, and I wanted to test it out with my chocolate “egg” pudding & roasted baby potatoes from the market. You guys, it was SO GOOD. even Collier agreed it was a good idea🙃
•all I wanted Sunday was to enjoy my favorite sandwhich at the beach & try —w. the beach crazy busy we ended up having a picnic at Hampton Park & it was perfect.
Then I got the Greek yogurt & honey gelato + a sample of the date pecan chocolate…and I’m already looking forward to going back.

You all seemed to love my granola last weekend, so I made FOUR (yes, four) new flavors for this week!

•Peanut butter cookie: sweetened with date sugar and made of a sprouted oat/oat flour combo to give it a more crumbly, melt in your mouth cookie texture.

•heart”beet”: probably the one I’m most excited about (which is why there is a jar of my own personal stash in my pantry now)— sweetened with date syrup & beet powder…this granola has hints of lemon & ginger, paired with a touch of tahini and a mixture of sprouted pumpkin/hemp seeds to give you a nutrition powerhouse you can add to anything from a berry parfait to a fresh salad with goat cheese👌🏼

•cosmic brownie: an extra chocolatey granola sweetened with a mixture of maple/date sugars and clustered together with my HOMEMADE cashew butter for that extra brownie touch 🙌🏼 …topped with dye free sprinkles, of course.

•mango munch: same granola as vacation vibes, but rebranded….it has coconut. dried mango. cashews. hazelnut dark chocolate.
It has it all…and you all loved it so much I brought it back.😘

I will also have my other goodies available, so show up early to make sure you get what you want!

I will also be doing a little spring cleaning and will have various items for sale such as clothing, kitchen items, a laptop, etc.

Come on out to The Growers Market tomorrow and get your Saturday started off right!
