Each Piefalootin pie is baked in a glass pie plate which you may keep, or better yet, return it for $2 off your next pie or a half price slice of pie in our shop. Piefalootin would never have opened its doors were it not for three men. The first was my husband Lynn, who was always supportive of my vision without hesitation. The second was our friend Mike Hayslip, who introduced me to the third, Robert A. Smith, without whom we would never have had the opportunity to become your favorite pieshop.

In addition to the many hours of conversation, advice, criticism and sometimes compliments, Mike was also my “Pie Plate Fairy”, gathering literally thousands of pie plates for me over the past seven years.

Hopefully he and Lynn are together having coffee, talking tools and laughing at my shenanigans down here.

You will be missed, my friend.
