"Hello Adventurer!
Stayin' in a different town. But, had an oppurtunity to cook in the local inn's kitchen!
Started the day by Dry-Brining the Ribeye. When, I was ready to cook lunch I started with the veggies. Sautéed in olive oil, bit of salt, pepper, and garlic. Seared the Steak, and finished rare to medium-rare in the seasoned oil. Used some Sourdough, to soaked up the excess oil, and have a bit of toast. Deglazed the pan with Honeycrisp Apple Cider, scraping the pans for the drippings. Reduced to a thin sauce, and added to the meal.
All-in, very delicious meal my fellow travellers!"
