Kansha Creamery is James Tatsuya and Elaine Yukari's ice cream shop dedicated to the simple goodness of dessert and it's remarkable ability to bring people together. Everything is handmade with the utmost tlc by the brother and sister duo with ingredients coming from local, organic farmers whenever possible. When a purchase is made, a percentage of sales go to charities around the world such as Gospel for Asia and Children's Hunger Fund connecting all sorts of people together with a single scoop of vanilla. give thanks, always & give glory where glory is due

🪦 Mint Chip. Fresh mint ice cream with milk chocolate flecks. We were only able to make one batch of this for today. Only available in scoops

🪦never really died, but we also have a batch of Houjicha Kinako available today for both pints and scoops. Roasted green tea and toasted soy bean powder ice cream.

Peach Melba: inspired by a classic dessert. Yellow peach ice cream with tart raspberries sprinkled in.

Ramune: a Japanese soda pop flavored ice cream because we never want to say bye to summer. Pairs well with our House Vanilla or any of the fruit flavors we might have for the day.
