Thank you for reaching out and inquiring about my macarons over the past 10 months. My baking space is currently under construction (building a brand new space🎉🎉🎉), and I'm not taking orders until some time late summer to early fall 2025. Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Macarons! 🥧 😋 Yummy!!

Pumpkin Spice Macaron Shells sprinkled with a little Cinnamon filled with Pumpkin Spice Cheesecake Buttercream. Topped with an edible Fall-Themed Leaf 🍁and an adorable Royal Icing Pumpkin.

🐚🌊Such a fun project this week creating Beach-Themed "Baby on Board" Macarons. 🐚🌊

I used vibrant beachy colors to represent the colors of the ocean, and raw sugar to represent the sand. The toppings were made with fondant, and everything was completely edible! I even hand carved matching chocolate surfboards to finish off the decor.

Flavors included were:
🐚Chocolate Ganache
🐚Lemon Buttercream with Blueberry Jam
🐚Chocolate Ganache with Caramel Buttercream
🐚Vanilla Bean Buttercream

Had so much fun making these Custom Encanto-themed Macarons this week 🎶🎶 Had to begin by watching the movie for the first time (for research 😍), and I LOVED IT! If you haven't seen it yet, I highly recommend!!

The vibrant colors helped inspire these macaron shells, and the fillings were more fruit-based (coconut, pineapple, strawberry, lemon, raspberry).
