When your friend is getting married, 48 hours in NYC becomes the perfect excuse for some pre-opening inspo hunting.
Here are our takeaways:
People are the most important thing.
Just because something looks good online doesn’t mean it is good in person.
The feeling of a space impacts the product.
We’re in the service industry to connect, create community, and bring people joy.
Generosity, whether it’s your time, your energy, or what you have to give, stays with people long after the moment has passed.
And we never stop learning. Travel is such an important part of that. Getting out of our own routines, experiencing different places and spaces, observing flow, and seeing how other people share their art all shape how we want noga to feel to you.
The biggest shoutout to all the incredible bakers we met and had the pleasure of chatting with. Thank you for creating, inspiring, and pouring your heart and soul into what you do. The world is lucky to have you.
48 hours, a lot of eating, a lot of walking, and a whole lot of inspiration.
Now back to getting our doors open for you!!!
