🧥🧤 Let’s wrap our neighbors in a little love. 🤍

Cooler weather is approaching, and we’re setting up a collection box at ShyKatZ for blankets, coats, hats, and gloves for neighbors who could use some extra warmth.

Y’all, dig into those closets and give what you can. That extra blanket or coat you haven’t used could mean so much to someone else.

Nothing to spare at home? Consider ordering an affordable throw blanket from Amazon to donate. Every little bit helps. Please make sure all gently used donations are clean and in good condition.

📍 Drop off at ShyKatZ, 16th & Avenue L, Galveston.

Need help getting donations out of your car? Come inside or call when you arrive, and we’ll send someone out to help.

“Feed the hungry, and help those in trouble. Then your light will shine out from the darkness, and the darkness around you will be as bright as noon.”
— Isaiah 58:10, New Living Translation

If you can’t donate, please share this post. Your share may reach someone who can. Thank you for helping us take care of our neighbors. That’s what community is all about. 🤍

All right, y’all… who knows what’s hiding under that crunchy topping? 👀😋

I made a little old-school comfort food this evening—the kind that might take you straight back to your mama’s kitchen.

Drop your guesses below! And if you recognize it, tell me… did your family make it, too? ❤️
