🥖🇫🇷 FLOUR, LAUGHTER & A LITTLE FRENCH… OUR FIRST BAKING CLASS! 💙

Yesterday, the doors to Bleu Sucré’s “secret kitchen” opened for our very first French Baking Class with Chef Antony… and what a wonderful afternoon it was!

Our enthusiastic bakers rolled up their sleeves, put on their aprons and got their hands in the flour to discover some of the secrets behind our traditional French baguettes. 🥖

For three hours, there was plenty of kneading, shaping, learning and laughing — along with a few French words 🇫🇷, stories and anecdotes from our Head Baker Antony’s years behind the oven!

And because no French baking class would be complete without a little gourmandise, everyone also got to enjoy a tasting of Antony’s freshly baked Brioche Nanterre. 😍

Before leaving, each participant received their Bleu Sucré certificate, recipe guide and a little surprise to continue the experience at home. 🎁

A huge MERCI to our wonderful first group : 💙Lisa, 💙Laura, 💙Camille and 💙Sarajane for bringing so much enthusiasm, curiosity and good humor into our kitchen. You made this first class just as enjoyable for us as we hope it was for you! 🥰
