It is with great sadness that I share that my beautiful grandmother passed away last week. She was my biggest cheerleader, both in life and in the kitchen.

In the next few weeks, I will be honoring her memory by baking some of her favorite treats, starting with chocolate salted caramel cream puffs filled with rum pastry cream.
