Back to School Preorder is happening now! ✏️🍎📓🎒📚🚌📎 This preorder is short but sweet and quantities are limited - especially the clipboards.
Preorder opens today, 8/7 at 10am and will close Sunday, 8/9 at 1pm. Pickup is Tuesday, 8/11 between 3-7pm. I cannot believe we are already here. The summer went by way too fast! I hope you enjoy our options this year 🫶🏼 Link in Bio or ericascookieco.com

Yesterday was such a fun day! Thank you to everyone that came out, braved the heat and supported us and The Galt Saturday Market! There were other events happening around town so we appreciate YOU 🫶🏼

I judged the Local Bakers competition and had a plate full of cookies after that my family was happy to dig into! It was great to see so many people enter their cookies. Amazing how pretty much all the same ingredients can taste so different 😋

We brought home 2nd place in the chocolate chip cookie competition 🍪🙌🏼

I got to hang with my fellow cookie and baker girlies Wild heART Bread Co. Galt, Ca Bakery and Little Bird Bakery | Sourdough Breads + Pastries Galt, Ca and I got to meet Amie from Amie Yorba ☺️ give her a follow friends! Her cookies are huge and a hit here in town 🫶🏼

Lindsay, thank you for creating space for us and giving us a home on your counter in the shop! Appreciate you, friend 😘

And even though it was a slow cookie sales day for us, we love doing what we do and sharing it with you. Thank you for showing up for us! We love you, Galt ❤️

We’re headed to the Saturday Market tomorrow with these cutie patooties! DUMPLINGS AND DUMPLING KEYCHAINS! We are SO excited to offer these but with the cRaZy week we’ve had, they’re *very limited*. These were a special request from my little Viv so you’re welcome! 🙂😆 We will also have drop cookies, sandwich cookies and decorated summer cookies! Wildheart will also have some fun decorated mini 3 packs and singles!
