Thank you for showing up, for the hugs, the kind words, and for loving our bakery from the very beginning. We’re leaving with full hearts and so much gratitude.

What began in our home kitchen—rooted in generations of bakers and our Mediterranean heritage—became so much more than a bakery. It became part of our family’s story, built one loaf, one early morning, and one meaningful connection at a time.

After more than three beautiful years, Little Bird Bakery is leaving California and moving to North Carolina.

Providence has put an incredible opportunity in our path to grow our bakery alongside very dear friends. We’re grateful and excited for what lies ahead, even as leaving the communities that believed in us feels bittersweet.

To our Galt community:

You believed in Little Bird Bakery before the long lines at the Galt Saturday Market, the sold-out weekends, and the thousands of loaves carried home. You opened your tables, your homes, and your hearts to our family.

You watched our children grow alongside this business and cheered us on through every milestone. No matter where this journey takes us, Galt will always be home—the place where Little Bird Bakery began and the community that will forever hold a special place in our hearts.

To Stockton, El Dorado Hills, and Folsom: thank you for the early mornings, the market lines, the familiar faces, and every loaf you carried home. You became part of our story, and we’ll carry your love into this next chapter.
