Weather update! We are here at the Hendersonville Farmers & Artisan Market at Indian Lakes. Set up is going slow but we are doing our best to be up with a modified tent by 8am. Lots of breads, cookies and pastries for your day. Don’t let a little bit of rain stop you. Cole out and support your vendors. We’ve missed you!

Happy Mother’s Day 💐 To all of my special orders, thank you so much for all of the support throughout the years! All porch pickups are ready now and out. Enjoy your pastries and much love to all the moms out there.

Drop offs will be starting as soon as I finish packing up the rest of the croissants.

What do you think? The Dubai craze….over and done with or still hot and can’t get enough? As a small production chocolatier, figuring out what local consumers really want here has always been a struggle for me. The bottom pictures are the last Dubai Bars I made back in 2024.

Saw this reel from awhile ago and it made me smile! Getting excited to see everyone at the Hendersonville Farmers & Artisan Market at Indian Lakes soon! It’ll start the last 2 Saturdays in May. I generally don’t bring a lot of bonbons and/or chocolates due to weather issues, but if you know you need some, give me a lot of advance noticed and I can make a custom box for you.
