This November, I will once again be traveling to England to compete at Cake International โ€” the largest cake competition in the world. ๐Ÿ‡ฌ๐Ÿ‡ง

Over the years, what started as a small dream in my kitchen has grown into something I could have never imagined. Iโ€™ve had the honor of bringing home Silver not once, but twiceโ€ฆ and this year, Iโ€™m pouring my whole heart into chasing that Gold.

Alongside the competition, they also host an international awards show, and being considered would mean more to me than words can express. As a self-taught buttercream artist who has built Blooming Kupcakes one flower at a time, this journey has been filled with faith, hard work, long nights, and so much love from all of you.

We had the sweetest time teaching a buttercream floral cupcake workshop for the talented team at FSA Lighting and a wonderful group of interior designers. These ladies absolutely showed up and piped beautifully.

Such a fun evening filled with creativity, laughter, and buttercream blooms.
