Since 2014, Rodriguez Bakery has proudly supported the Nyssa High School wrestling program. Each year, it’s an honor to give back to the team and coaches who continue the strong tradition built by dedicated leaders like Mel Calhoun.
This program is especially meaningful to our family because Jarad and Marco proudly wrestled at Nyssa, representing their school and community with dedication, discipline, and heart. In fact, all of our children participated in sports at Nyssa. Athletics played an important role in shaping who they are — teaching them responsibility, perseverance, teamwork, and respect.
We believe sports are about more than competition; they help develop confident, hardworking young people and build lifelong character. Being able to support a program that gave our family so much makes this donation even more special. We’re grateful to play a small part in helping Nyssa wrestling continue to grow and succeed, both on and off the mat.

Tomorrow night we get to attend Peak 43 in Boise celebrating the top 43 fastest growing businesses in Idaho😃😃. We are excited to see where we rank 😳😳. We are hiring a merchandiser for the Nampa/Meridian area

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented Merchandiser to join our team. In this role, you will visit grocery stores to merchandise tortillas, ensuring shelves are fully stocked, clean, and organized. You’ll be responsible for pulling product from back stock, rotating product by date (date rotation), and keeping displays looking great.

Thursday-Sunday checking stores in the morning and afternoons.

Key Responsibilities:
• Restock shelves with tortillas by pulling product from back stock
• Rotate product according to expiration dates (date rotation)
• Maintain clean and organized tortilla displays
• Report any low stock, issues, or damages
• Arrive on time and complete scheduled store visits

Requirements:
• Reliable and punctual
• Strong attention to detail
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
• Good communication skills
• Physically able to lift boxes and be on your feet for extended periods
• Merchandising experience is a plus but not required
• Must have a reliable car to travel between stores and a reliable phone that can take pictures to send to the team chat
