And now my final step to my Aldi acorn black and white checkered dupes.
For this step I was putting on the topcoat. I chose to use a gloss spray that I picked up at my local Ace Hardware.
This really was an easy project and you can finish it in one day. The only things I had to purchase were the acorns and the topcoat spray. 💵 Total cost was $16. I had all the paints at home.

Here’s part 3 of my Aldi acorn transformation. I did watch Janilyn acorn dupe and got some tips on how she did her accents on her dollar general acorns. I knew my acorns were missing some dimension so I headed to my paint bucket and pulled a couple of colors. Once these dry they will be ready for a gloss top coat.
