🎉 Big news from my kitchen! 🎉

I'm rebranding! Soon, The Wrappery will officially become Bramble & Holly Bakehouse. 🌿🍒

(Facebook's making me wait a bit to update the page name, so bear with me - the new name is coming here soon too!)

This name has been a long time coming. "Bramble" captures that cozy, cottage-garden feel I love - a little wild, a little charming, always homegrown. And "Holly" is close to my heart in more ways than one - it's my middle name, and it runs in my family on my mom's side too.

Bramble & Holly Bakehouse is more than a new name, it's a refreshed focus. I'm leaning into what I do best: big, shareable cookie cakes, thick bakery-style cookies, cupcakes, and cake pops.

Simple, handcrafted treats made with heart, now proudly baked right here in Lake Charles.

I got the amazing order from my new coworker at Bishop Noland Episcopal Day School to make a bunch of my mini cookie cakes to celebrate school starting! I tried my hand at making buttercream eagles, the school mascot. I thought they turned out kind of funky, but luckily everyone loved them! Thank you so much for supporting me! I love to feed people so this made my heart very happy!

One of my Friendswood customers was so sad I was leaving town and bought my famous buttercream recipe! It's not too sweet, doesn't crust and is silky smooth!

Prices and order minimums are listed in the captions of each photo below.

Message me if you'd like to place an order. Pickup will be on Saturdays for right now until we finish getting settled.

I’m now offering in-home 1:1 baking + decorating lessons.

This is perfect if you’ve ever wanted to: ✨ learn the basics

✨ improve your decorating
✨ or just pick my brain in a relaxed setting

We’ll work hands-on with: – 6 cupcakes to decorate (or cake option)

– a bag of buttercream to practice with
– and I’ll send you home with a customized shopping list based on your goals

$50/hr (most sessions are 1–2 hours)
